1.General provisions and definitions
1.1.In these terms, the terminology is used in the following meanings:
1.1.1.Site (platform) address https://aidsupply.in.ua (hereinafter "Site", "Platform").
1.1.2.The Owner of the site (platform) - “VSE-SVIT”, LLC
1.1.3.The Administration of the site (platform) – authorized employees of the Site management, who organize and (or) carry out personal data processing, as well as determine the purpose of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) carried out with personal data.
1.1.4.The User of the site (platform) (hereinafter referred to as the "User") is a person who has access to the Site (platform) using the Internet and uses the Site (platform).
1.2.These terms and conditions of use of the Site (hereinafter also the "Terms") are a public contract of connection between the Owners of the site (platform) and each registered User of the site (platform). By using the Site (platform), you accept and agree to these Terms and conditions of use of the site (platform). Please don’t use the Site if you don’t agree with these Terms.
1.3.If you choose to use the Site and its applications, including APIs, software, and other files, you consent to all of the terms set forth in these Terms of use of the site and consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information.

4. Limitation of liability and resolution of conflicts and disputes
4.1.The Administration of the site (platform) is under no circumstances responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, actual, or accidental damages or incidental punitive damages (including and, without any restrictions, damage caused in connection with the loss of an enterprise, failure to enter into an agreement, non-payment of income, data, information or interruption in productive activities) arising from or in connection with the use or impossibility of the use of the Site or its content; or in connection with these Rules, even if the Administration of the site has received a notice of the possibility of such damage or violation.
4.2.In addition to the conditions stipulated in these Terms, the Administration of the is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other shortcomings, as well as the untimely or unreliability of any information contained on this Site.
4.3.The User who believes that his / her rights and/or interests have been violated by the Administration of the site may send a claim by e-mail to info@aidsupply.in.ua indicating the full name (for legal entities) or name, surname, and patronymic (for individuals), as well as return address (postal and e-mail) and contact telephone number. Within 10 (ten) working days after receiving the claim, the Administration of the site undertakes to send a response for the claim in essence to the e-mail address of the sender. If the sender is not satisfied with the answer received from the Administration of the site, or the User did not receive it at the appointed time, the procedure must be carried out again by mail.
4.4.The Administration of the site is released from the obligation to consider anonymous complaints or complaints that contain false or incomplete information about the sender
4.5.In any case, all disputes are resolved through negotiations and the submission of claims. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiations and a claim procedure, as specified in these Terms, such dispute may be resolved in court.
5.Final provisions
5.1.These Terms have been introduced and should be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes regarding the implementation of these Rules will be resolved by the relevant court located on the territory of Ukraine.
5.2.Notwithstanding any provisions of the foregoing, nothing in these Rules may be used to interpret the provisions specified in the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy.
